RTX 3090 VS Skyrim?

Sorry everyone, I know this isn't your typical mod post (I have some conversions coming up don't worry). I was able to get my hands on an RTX 3090 from Best Buy online. It was a struggle to get one through cart and going through the verification and etc etc.
But anyway, I did an unboxing video and some quick gameplay to show it! Might do a better gameplay demonstration since I think it's being bottlenecked by something Skyrim related (heavy scripts maybe?)
I think I found a way to increase fps. I set the game to 1080 res, then I used Display Tweaks to upscale my game to 1440 and gained like 20ish fps. Hope that helps!
In the Display tweaks, I used,
Fullscreen=true
Borderless=true
BorderlessUpscale=true
@silvercrows5150: Skyrim SE. Playing Skyrim LE on an RTX 3090 would be an absolute waste of all that power given Skyrim LE's 3.1 GB memory cap...
