Obtain: Craft in tanning rack with only tundra cotton. No perks needed. Or use AddItemMenu2.
I love your work on this outfit, but I have only one comment. The skirt. I think it needs to be weighted more. It has too much idle fly-away, even in a windless room. Holo..-Akai in comparison, though works great.
